  What will your services cost?

There are a number of ways that you can engage me to support your business. 

  • One-time piece of work that will be charged at a fixed rate.
  • Project work will be charged at a daily rate
  • Adhoc pieces of work will be charged at a daily rate
  • Retainer packages if you feel you need ongoing support will be charged monthly
  • I also offer a discounted rate for third sector organisations please state you are a charity from this sector when making your enquiry

  What areas of business do you cover?

I have over 25 years’ experience in various sectors including Manufacturing, Care sector, Educational FE & HE, Voluntary (third) sector, Public and Civil Service. My skills and expertise are transferable and is not limited to these sectors, I am versatile and can deliver results in almost any sector. My aim is always to focus on my clients needs when dealing with people issues within their organisation. I will endeavour to understand your people and make the links necessary to achieve a successful outcome for your business. I will use my knowledge and experience to assist you in your situation as a trusted partner.   What locations do you cover?

Kinsella HR Solutions Limited is based in Carlisle, Cumbria. However, I travel regularly across the county, southern Scotland, Northeast, Northwest and throughout the UK. I am flexible and will work with you in relation to the nature of the work being undertaken either face to face on site or remotely via teams.


  What are your trading hours?

Kinsella HR Solutions is a small business and I operate within the weekdays (excluding weekends) therefore normal office hours would apply. I will endeavour to respond to your query within 24 hours of receipt, I am unable to provide a 24-hour support line. 


  What Services do you offer?

At Kinsella HR Solutions, I provided a range of HR Solutions that includes bespoke support for your people issues, legislation compliance for small, medium, and large multi-sector organisations.  I also provide a consultancy service, development and implementation of management and leadership training, 1 to 1 or group coaching across Cumbria, Southern Scotland and throughout the UK.
